The School motto is ESSE QUAM VIDERI which means to be Rather than to Seem.

The Education principal of the school may be summed up in the following quotation from Plato; “The healthy being himself a creature of unknown capacities in an unknown world, wants to know what the world is like, and what he should do in it” To help in answering these question is the ones and the only purpose of Education.

By Education we mean a man passionately desire to be a perfect citizen, and teaches him how to rule and to obey with justice.

This is the only education which deserve the name. The other sort of training which aims at the acquisition of wealth or bodily strength is not worthy to be called education at all.
